Project Description
On 30th August 2025, a Tree Plantation Program was organized by OISCA-I, Nepal Chapter in association with the Rotary Club of Yala at Shree Laxmi Narayan Secondary School, Shyampati, Dapcha. A total of 55 individuals participated in the program, including 10 Rotarians and Anns from RC Yala. During the event, 80 avocado and 15 other seedlings were planted. Additionally, stationery materials were distributed to 22 students of Grade Seven of the school, supporting their academic needs. RC Yala aims to foster both environmental care and educational support through such meaningful initiatives.
This effort not only helped raise awareness about the importance of tree plantation among students and the local community but also highlighted the role of education in shaping a better future.
